Travel Consultant - Retail Sales (Russian Speaking)
Experienced Sales Candidates, required for a Travel Company. This is an indoor Sales profile, which requires a Dynamic, Travel Sales Consultant.
The Candidate, Must be Fluent in English along with Russian
Job Description:
Provide exceptional Traveler Care and Customer Service to Clients.
The incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic Travel and Tourism (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory).
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer queries.
Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at the point of sale.
Must have experience in handling face-to-face client communication.
Excellent Customer service and Communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
Embrace the role of providing a Superior Consultative value to Clients versus just being an order taker.
Open to work in a flexible environment, roster off, public holidays and festivals.
Experience:
2-3 years’ experience is a Must (Experience in the travel domain would be an advantage)
Qualification:
Must be a Graduate. (Diploma / Degree in Travel & Tourism would be added advantage).
Proficiency in Multiple Languages is a Plus.
Salary:
AED3,500.00 - AED4,750.00 per month (Based on Experience)
This role comes across with Commission structure, apart from the basic salary.
6 Day work week.
