Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts across various categories, ensuring their success on our platform. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing vendor relationships, coordinating marketing efforts, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Account Management: Oversee and manage vendor accounts across different categories, ensuring their product listings are current and accurately represented on our platform.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong and positive relationships with vendors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Attend events and networking opportunities to expand our vendor base and attract new business, representing NATIV with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and anticipate client needs, providing insights and feedback to improve our platform and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for local businesses.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market in the UAE is a plus.
