Job Description

1.Update financial spreadsheets/Software with daily transactions.

2.Control of petty cash.

3.Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.

4.Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

5.Track and reconcile bank statements and statement of accounts.

6.Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

7.Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.

8.Support Finance Manager with month and year end closing.

9.Financial statements preparation.

10.Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.<br>11.Preparing schedules and other necessary documentation for Audit Work.
