Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant and Administrative Assistant. This dual role encompasses responsibilities in both accounting and administrative domains, offering a unique opportunity for a professional who enjoys a varied workday with tasks ranging from financial record-keeping to office management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for financial and non-financial information.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant and administrative assistant.
  • Strong understanding of accounting software and databases.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a high level of competence in Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
