  • Accurate and efficient entry of data into company systems.
  • Regular use and proficiency in PACT software for accounting and data management tasks.
  • Maintenance and verification of database information.
  • Preparation of financial reports and documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry and accounting roles.
  • Strong familiarity with PACT software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within our industry.
  • Certification or advanced training in accounting software and data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage data using PACT and other systems.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
  • Assist in audit preparations and other accounting duties as needed.
