• Must be able to assist the Accounting Manager to meet the deadlines
• Reconciliation of Bank Account Statements and/or Credit Card Statement Transactions with
receipts/invoices received
• Assisting on chasing suppliers for tax invoices with the correct Company Name and TRN
• Assisting on chasing suppliers for bank account details, payment links and/or tax invoices
(when not provided)
• Assisting on collecting & chasing on rebates from suppliers or subcontractors
• Assisting on communicating with suppliers and subcontractors for any accounting related
matters
• Assisting on quarterly VAT Filing
• Assisting on Labour Payroll calculation
• Preferably with accounting background/ experience
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Knowledgeable in Tally (must know how to properly book Tally Entries)
• Must have knowledge on invoices, receipts, SOA to share to clients
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail specially when talking to
clients
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Preferably - must have a construction/ contracting/ interior designing background (project
wise accounting records)
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must have a UAE Work Experience
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
