Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for providing support in the administrative and receivable/collections functional areas within the finance team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, pays attention to details and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Finance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assists Team/Supervisor with general accounting administration
· Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
· Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
· Responsible for COD payment applications & postings
· Follow-up with customers for payment collections
· Allocating received payment remittances & banking postings
· Monitoring and processing Accounts Receivables Cheques and EFT’s
· Handling all internal billings
· Filing and indexing all documents physically and electronically
· Performs clerical duties, such as maintains filing and record systems
· Prepare work with Finance Manager to produce any required ad-hoc reports
· Reception and managing all incoming calls
· Oversee and monitor the corporate company process
· Uploading invoices on customer portal
· Responsible for credit reference checks for customers
· Timely customer account reconciliations and sending updated SOA to customers
· Responsible to send statements and work with auditors for audit checks
· Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management
Qualifications/Skills:
· Accounting Diploma and/or two-year equivalent accounting experience
· Excellent knowledge of intermediate to advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Teams and Outlook
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills
· Quick learner and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
· Knowledge of Microdea/Synergize will be considered an asset
· Knowledge of TMW (Truck Mate Software) will be an asset
· Knowledge Quick Books will be considered an asset
· Experience
o Administrative: 2 years (Required)
o Collections: 2 years (Required)
o Accounts Receivable: 2 years (Required)
o UAE local experience (Required)
- Non-UAE experience will be considered
o Fluent in English Language (Required)
- English speaking & writing (Proficient)
