About the Role: As our Admin Cum Accountant, you’ll be the organizational backbone, handling essential administrative tasks and driving our accounting functions with precision and efficiency. If you’re a detail-oriented multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills and a solid grasp of financial management, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Do:

Administrative Superhero Duties:

· Be the friendly face and voice of Legends – answer calls, manage office supplies, and streamline internal communications.

· Keep us organized! Maintain meticulous office records, filing systems, and ensure documentation is always accessible.

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and memorable office events that keep our team inspired.

· Make travel arrangements, handle bookings, and ensure every detail is taken care of for our team and visitors.

· Ensure seamless office operations by liaising with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

· Champion compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and more.

Accounting Whiz Responsibilities:

· Own day-to-day accounting tasks: process invoices, receipts, payments, and more.

· Maintain precise records of transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.

· Support employee reimbursements and handle petty cash with meticulous care.

· Reconcile accounts, prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and assist in financial audits.

· Keep us compliant! Manage KYC requirements and stay up-to-date with UAE VAT regulations.

General Duties:

· Lend a hand across departments, ensuring smooth operations throughout our office.

· Take on special projects or tasks as needed by our management team.

What You Bring to the Table:

· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role; administrative and accounting experience preferred.

· Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Familiarity with XERO, QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP software.

o Top-notch organizational and time-management abilities.

o Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

o Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations (a plus!).

· Location: Based in Dubai.
