Here Properties is looking for an experienced Admin, Listing and Leads Coordinator with Real Estate experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Maintenance of CRM system, including regularly contacting owners to confirm property availability.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Expert user of Property Finder and other portals.
  • Preparing listings, including verification and Trakheesi permits.
  • Preparing tenancy contracts.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and lead management.
  • Ability to draft company emails, letters and presentations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective management of client's inquiries.
  • Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
  • Managing digital filing, ensuring that brokers centrally save supporting documents for properties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
