Must have at least 05 years of UAE experience in Facility Management Company (Soft Services).
Preference will be given to immediate joiners. Candidates must have valid UA E driving license and own car.
Visiting the sites regularly to monitor the performance of the team, work progress and getting client's feed back.
Mobilization and Demobilization of manpower as per site requirements.
Monitor the usage of consumables and tools and maintain proper inventory of the same.
Prepare the timesheet of employees including rental manpower.
Prepare the work schedule, activity check list, man power allocation report, site wise cost report etc.
Arranging the transportation for employees to and from sites.
Prepare the necessary daily / weekly / monthly reports as required by the OM.
Prepare SoP.
Any other tasks pertaining to operations and administration as and when required.
