Job Description
  • Manage office orders.
  • Answering and helping clients through different channels for all their queries (emails, phone calls, walk-ins)
  • Coordination and issuance of the sale and purchase agreement and finalize it in the system
  • Daily tracking of the booking proposals and unit transactions
  • Generate and coordinate the with clients and relevant departments to obtain NOC
  • Set appointments for clients to complete the snagging of the unit and then the handover
  • Coordinate with facilities management for client complaints and other requests
  • Updating our records by coordinating with client to renew and missing documents
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Experience in real estate is a Must ( making Ejari , handling DEWA and contracts, and Oqood)
