We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily office operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and distribution of various documents and reports
- Placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and updating records
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Have a general understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and tools.Assist in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management
