Job Description

Greeting and assisting visitors; answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring that there are no conflicts and that the necessary resources are available.

Performing various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.

Act as a liaison between different departments in the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Providing general administrative support which involves assisting with document preparation, report generation, and other tasks as required.

Maintaining office equipment: Responsible for ensuring that office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines are in good working condition, and arranging for repairs when necessary.

Handling customer inquiries and requests ensuring they have a positive experience.

Oversee applications of staff visa on Tecom’s AXS Portal, medical insurances and leave records

Renewal of trade licenses, Lease contracts for the company

Preparing quotations, invoices and following up on payments

Prepare tenders in response to project proposal requests
