Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry in Dubai. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage office facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engage with clients and prospects effectively.
  • Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms, including Property Finder, Bayut, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative ideas to drive results.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure content adheres to company guidelines and standards.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
