  • Provide administrative support for Project team including filing, typing, document control and reporting.
  • Able to follow up with supplier & contractor collating material & services costings for quotation and tender.
  • Facilitate QS during tender pre-qualification & documentation.
  • Meticulous at transmittal and receipt of documents, material samples & drawings
  • Familiar with stock-keeping and inventory management.
  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
