Provide administrative support for Project team including filing, typing, document control and reporting.
Able to follow up with supplier & contractor collating material & services costings for quotation and tender.
Facilitate QS during tender pre-qualification & documentation.
Meticulous at transmittal and receipt of documents, material samples & drawings
Familiar with stock-keeping and inventory management.
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
