Job Description

Administrator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including the management of day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and special projects. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and supporting the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations, including office administration, records management, and correspondence.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects, including research, analysis, and report preparation.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Manage and coordinate real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports, including tracking expenses and managing invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including real estate laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate information systems.
