Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Admissions Officer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising prospective students on accounting, university programs and study abroad programs and assisting them throughout the admission process. In addition to counselling, the ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, tele-sales, and sales to promote university and study abroad programs and achieve enrolment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Counselling prospective students on various accounting, university programs, study abroad options, including courses, universities, and scholarships.
• Responding to inquiries from prospective students via telephone, email, or in-person.
• Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
• Meeting enrolment targets through tele-sales, in-person sales, and other marketing activities.
• Assisting students in completing application forms and submitting required documents.
• Liaising with universities and colleges to ensure that applications are processed efficiently.
• Keeping up to date with changes in admission policies, procedures, and visa regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of all student interactions and admissions data.
• Preparing reports on admission statistics and student demographics.
• Conducting outreach activities to promote study abroad programs, including education fairs and exhibitions.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Providing feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for promoting study abroad programs.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, colleges, and education agencies.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
