We are looking for an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager with over 6 years of experience in leasing, sales, and facility management. The ideal candidate will manage property leasing operations, work with clients to meet occupancy goals, and oversee a team. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and clients
• Lead and guide the leasing team
• Collaborate with facility management to ensure property maintenance
• Handle property sales inquiries and negotiations
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing strategies

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in leasing, sales, and facility management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing teams and handling client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Facility Management: 3 years (Preferred)
