  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
  • Display products as per planogram
  • Assist in warehouse for picking, Packing and checking of orders.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
  • Candidate with own bike is preferred.
