Bike Rider Delivery Boy

Motor Bike Drivers will be responsible to ensure customers’ deliveries are delivered within the timeframes provided, to the correct address, and delivered in a safe and secure manner. You will ensure the highest levels of customer service to the end user.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the delivery vehicle and maintain proper knowledge of loaded items. To carry out collection and delivery duties exercising care and responsibility, ensuring the security of items as well as maintenance of the bike.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Should have knowledge about road safety regulations and traffic rules of the UAE.
• Take delivery instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge to use GPS devices and mobile navigation. Chart out an appropriate route for delivery on the map or GPS.
• Make sure that speed limits are adhered to in order to ward off possible misadventures.
• Assist in unloading items off the vehicle in a safe manner
• Ensure that delivery receipts are signed and collect payments for deliveries made and tend to change.
• Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery time in the company-provided log books.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles before departing to deliver goods and perform diagnosis and troubleshooting activities on vehicles if needed. Ensure that the delivery schedule is followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 Year experience in a delivery position.
• A clean driving record, Safety is our priority.
• Strong sense of direction, Be able to read a map and find your way around a delivery area.
• Can speak/understand English and have basic math skills.
