The BIM Architect is responsible for the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in the design and construction of buildings. The BIM Architect will work with architects, engineers, and other project team members to create and manage BIM models, which are used to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement BIM standards and processes
· Create and manage BIM models
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members
· Use BIM to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication
· Train and support other team members on BIM
· Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in BIM
· Strong knowledge of BIM software
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail
