We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Brand Executive and Product Trainer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing comprehensive training to our sales team and retail partners.

Responsibilities:

As a Brand Executive and Product Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Collaborating with the Sales teams to develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

· Coordinating marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media initiatives, and promotional events.

· Managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

· Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.

· Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to the sales team and retail partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.

· Providing ongoing support to retail partners, including product knowledge updates, merchandising guidance, and marketing materials.

· Analyzing sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, making recommendations for improvement.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

· Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the suppliers to ensure timely product availability.

· Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

To excel in the role of Brand Executive and Product Trainer, you should possess the following qualifications:

· Previous experience in brand management, product training, or related roles.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights.

· Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies and training materials.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

· Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

· Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
