· Prepare the marketing calendar for the Brand.
· Monitor achievement of brand-wise sales, profit and turnover objectives.
· Work closely with the Marketing team in planning future marketing strategies and execution.
· In charge of the brand's sales in UAE.
· Coordinate with after-sales service to ensure the brand reputation and customer satisfaction is delivered, thus, brand equity is enhanced.
· Analyse the sales achievement on monthly basis and take appropriate decisions for improvement.
· Make recommendations on how to improve business performance and profitability.
· Review the stock position on a biweekly basis, identify the slow-moving items and take action to liquidate it in coordination with the team.
· Implement the marketing plan activities of the brand.
· Plan, and implement the necessary promotion schedule in advance.
· Minimum 7 years of experience of working as Brand Manager/Assistant Brand Manager.
· Bachelors / Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
