- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital domain
- Analyze / document current business systems/process and workflows and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements/objectives
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Impact assessment/cost benefit analysis
