  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs, provide ongoing support to onboarded clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tailor product presentations and proposals to address the specific requirements of clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT infrastructure industry.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Understand how the products meet the needs and solve the challenges of potential customers.
  • Be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and be aware of industry benchmarks.
  • Provide feedback to the company based on market intelligence.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer information.
  • Work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
