TRUSITY is an EdTech startup that is building a future-ready generation by developing their real- world knowledge & skillsets through robust technology combined with personalized, experiential learning environment to bridge the global skills gap and improve employability.

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive who is required to source leads, contact existing leads and deliver Trusity’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospects and cold leads to offer Trusity’s services and products.
  • Answer queries pertaining to products and services offered.
  • Probe customers with the right questions and a consultative approach to understand their learning requirements.
  • Offer course options based on the learning needs identified.
  • Obtain customer information and update in CRM.
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet or exceed set targets.
  • Proactively initiate and follow up with prospective clients over phone, email and

WhatsApp (B2B/ B2C).

  • Achieve targets in a high-pressure performance driven and competitive environment.
  • Monitor self-performance while keeping track of factors like conversion, revenue generated per lead, revenue per sale, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch confidently.
  • High level of initiative, motivation and ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of business development / telecalling experience in education or a related field.
  • Flexible working hours as per business needs.
