Job Brief

Business Development Executive role is a pivotal driver of revenue growth, entrusted with developing strategic sales approaches targeting specific markets and industries. This role entails cultivating high-value client relationships, navigating complex negotiations with finesse, and collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative client solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales approaches to target specific markets, industries, or segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, focusing on key accounts.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations, navigating intricate contract discussions and terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless client experiences and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Explore and expand into new markets or geographies for potential business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights and feedback on market trends.
  • To ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
  • Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms,advertising technologies and industry trends.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue Growth in Targeted Markets Client Retention and Satisfaction
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Effectiveness
  • Performance against Revenue Targets

Experience:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in media/Advertising sales.(Preferred)

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the media and advertising industry, particularly in UAE market.

Network:

  • Established network of contacts within the advertising and marketing sectors in Dubai.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our Outdoor Advertising services.

Result-Oriented:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

License /Certification:

  • UAE Driving license(Preferred)
