*Requirements:*
- *Driving License:* Valid driving license and a reliable vehicle.
- *Experience:* At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- *B2B Experience:* Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- *Leadership:* Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results.
- *CRM Proficiency:* Skilled in using CRM and sales development tools to manage client relationships and sales processes.
- *Maintenance Knowledge:* Familiarity with the contracting industry is an added advantage.
- *Attention to Detail:* Exceptional skills in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
