Job Summary:
As a Business Development Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation solutions and services to new heights. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture business opportunities that support our digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and digital transformation
needs.
* Identify potential business opportunities in the digital transformation sector.
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social
media, and industry events.
* Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients and partners.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their digital
transformation requirements.
* Present digital transformation solutions and value propositions to clients effectively.
* Identify and engage potential partners, such as technology providers or service agencies,
to enhance our digital transformation offerings.
* Collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
* Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for clients.
* Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners.
* Work closely with the team to close business deals and secure contracts.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
* Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
* Strong understanding of digital technologies, digital transformation trends, and their
application to business.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
