Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to work well, and can use their own initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties
• Bringing on a (minimum) of 5 properties per month
• Dealing with referrals from internal agents
• Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed
• Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords
• Ensuring the property is ready for handover

Role requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience relevant experience
• Driving license and a car is a must
• Experience in Dubai preferred
• Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in English
