We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the telecom industry, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as leading the Business Development team’s growth efforts in the GCC regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts , serving as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-users
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, and share insights with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the GCC markets
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
