  • Monitor trends for a fresh and engaging online presence.
  • Engage with the audience to nurture a strong online community.
  • Identify optimal social media channels for effective customer engagement.
  • Proficient in media buying and budget supervision.
  • Regular research on competitor analysis and providing advice on branding, positioning, and other marketing facets.
  • Assess return on ad spend (ROAS) against industry benchmarks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing KPIs for social media campaign effectiveness.
  • Thorough understanding of Google Ads and other Google products.
  • Understanding of referral, organic, and social traffic metrics, including SEO knowledge.
  • Collaborative mindset for successful campaign development.
  • Demonstrated track record in content creation, copywriting and social media management.
  • Strong presentation skills for effective communication of ideas.
  • Insight into market trends and customer needs for customer-centric campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Blend of creativity and strategic thinking for measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills for seamless team collaboration.

Additional Requirements:

  • Portfolio of previous social media campaigns
  • Mandatory work experience within the U.A.E. (1-2 years compulsory)
  • Languages Known: English and Arabic (Optional)
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
