Job Description :

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Formulate media plans in response to the latest audience figures and historical campaign data, be it on Google Network, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, 3rd Party Publications, etc.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments and develop customer personas.
  • Strategize, plan, execute Creative Strategy for all digital marketing channels; identify creative optimizations.
  • Own end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns while liaising across functions - Creative, Product, Analytics, Categories and Tech.
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • Digital Media Buys for campaigns in order to optimize the spends to meet the target.
  • Measure KPIs on every campaign and report on a regular basis. Develop integrated digital media strategies.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Cost per lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure effective execution of campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI for management review.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement them into the marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic communication skills are highly preferred.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Expert with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing concepts
  • Strong experience in creating and optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
  • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
  • Prior Knowledge of Marketing Automation
  • Prior knowledge and Expertise of Web development
  • Technical knowledge of creating reporting dashboards

  • Two successful digital campaign case studies [ Campaign preparation , Execution on digital platforms, Optimization & Reporting ]
  • Submit references of Digital reporting dashboards created in previous roles.
