Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any technical challenges and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Prepare accurate project reports, including cost analysis, progress updates, and risk as Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years + of hands-on experience in Dubai's villa construction sector.
Profound understanding of local construction regulations and standards.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
