Urgently looking for a civil foreman with minimum 5 Years of UAE experience for immediate joining.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Read project plans, drawings and specification specifications.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to labors and sub-contractors.
• Training, managing and mentoring labors and sub-contractors.
• Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the labors.
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.
• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
• Manage labors to ensure the project is kept on schedule.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in construction in UAE
• Proven experience as construction foreman
• Must have eeperince in rise building.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Aptitude in math.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a firm understanding of providing survey functions for civil works.
• Demonstrative knowledge of software programs.
• Have effective communication skills – written and verbal.
• Experience using CAD software.
