Job Description

Requirements: -

· Responsible for developing compliance activities, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks.

· Proactively auditing processes, practices and documents

· Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with all the legal guidelines and internal policies.

· Identify risks or non-conformity issues, draft, modify and implement company policies.

· Monitor enforcement of standards and regulations with collaborate with various department

· Identify possible compliance risks with assessing the business future ventures

· Identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

· Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

· Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

· Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program

· Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk

· Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed

· Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

· Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

· Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

Qualifications & Skills: -

· Degree in Legal or related studies.

· At least 5 years of experience in a compliance officer role

· Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures ideally within the trading or FMCG industry

· Good knowledge of the Food Manufacturing industry standards and regulations
