Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Inquiries and Resolving Issues
- Maintaining a Positive Customer Experience
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager of the restaurant.
- Maintain organized the reception desk,
- Performs Admin duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
- Good English communication skills
- Good organizational skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
