Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries and Resolving Issues
  • Maintaining a Positive Customer Experience
  • Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager of the restaurant.
  • Maintain organized the reception desk,
  • Performs Admin duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Good English communication skills
  • Good organizational skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
