 Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs

 Keeping detailed records of customer interactions

 Following your company’s communication procedures and policies

 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

 Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and
 other services
 Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling

Requirements:

Education: Graduate

Location:- Anywhere in UAE

Age:  less than 30

Language:- Preferable Arabic speaking

Fresher or Experienced working with customer support
 

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers.

Flexible for any shifts
