Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry:
  • Input data from source documents into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering it into the database.
  • Data Processing and Management:
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and databases.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Data Verification and Validation:
  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and analyses as needed to support decision-making and reporting requirements.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with general office tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies and regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies related to data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
  • Knowledge of data processing principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
