Responsible for data entry and accounts and finance management and any other administrative tasks provided by the University from time to time. Applicants are expected to be personable, timely, organized, and have the ability to learn and explain University policies. Consideration for employment is based on the review of a resume, interview.
Job Type / Category
· Provide front desk coverage for the University
· Data Entry and Manage Student Files and on the University Information Systems.
· Issue Receipts and Payment Vouchers and maintain a log of the same on the Information System of the University and also maintains and files the receipts and payment vouchers
· Send Payment links and reminders and follows up on payments, defaulters and issuing invoices etc. for students and vendors
Create Student Letters and other documents required
·Must: Should be well versed with Adobe PDF and Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
· Smart and very presentable with very good command over the English language.
· Basic knowledge of office procedures, including filling, computer and telephone use.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· Working within UAE Education Sector will be an added advantage.
· Candidates with positive attitude, problem solver and must have interest in adding value to people's profiles.
Degree qualifications are not as important as attitude is.
