5.Managing rental documentation and record-keeping

6.Handling payments, including processing credit card transactions

7.Addressing customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolving issues when possible.

8.Ensuring the return of rental vehicles, inspecting them for damage, and closing out rental agreements.
