Strong knowledge of database management principles, best practices, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in installation, configuration, and administration for MongoDB, Cassandra, Postgres, and SQL databases.
Experience with database modeling, schema design, and query optimization.
Familiarity with data security, access control principles, and user management (RBAC).
Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, including disaster recovery procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MongoDB Certified DBA, Cassandra Certified Administrator) are a plus."
