Delivery Driver

Ghars Company is a reputable supplier of foodstuff to supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses in UAE & GCC. We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Van Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Safe and Timely Deliveries: Operate a delivery van to transport foodstuff products to various customer locations promptly and safely.
• Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload products while ensuring accuracy and care in handling.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and provide excellent service.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any issues, and ensure the delivery van is in good working condition.
• Documentation: Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately, including delivery receipts and invoices.
• Adherence to Safety: Follow all safety procedures and regulations during deliveries and while working in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• A valid commercial driver's license (UAE) is required.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver.
• Clean driving record and familiarity with local traffic regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
