Development Agent

Stone Tree Group delivers a full cycle of work with property on the United Arab Emirates markets:

• Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
• Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
• ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.

Currently we are looking for Development Agent to join our fast growing team!

What you will do:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
• Present our company to potential clients;
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
• Report to the Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

What we expect:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, stress resistant;
• Advanced level of English language.

What we'd extremely appreciate:

• Having your own car and driving license;
• Knowledge of Arabic;
• Motivated candidate that wants to grow professionally.
