Development Manager(Construction)
Duties
- Guide the client & contractor for the execution of project management plan, communicates the plan to the team members.
- Oversees the implementation of the project objectives and report to respective managers with reports.
- Responsible for management and review process of the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims etc.
Manage the site supervision during construction & ensuring the works are being carried out according to the contract specifications.
- Ensure monitoring of the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and maintained.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Must have leadership qualities
- Supervise, review, monitor and report on construction progress challenges to the contractors efficiency and resource levels to ensure timeline are met.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of experience required
- Must be eager to work on contractual basis
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- must have good knowledge and experience in execution of construction activities
- UAE driving license holder
- Available to join immediately
