We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.

2. Content Creation: Produce engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

3. SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and user engagement.

4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

5. Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

6. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

8. Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Identify and implement CRO strategies to enhance website conversion rates and user experience.

10. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and optimize spending across various channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experience in Travel and Tourism industry (Minimum 4 Years

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.

- Creative thinking and a strong ability to stay updated with industry trends.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
