Design and implement social media strategy to align with brand Vision, including budget planning, content management, copywriting & social media calendar along with implementation schedules.
In-depth Knowledge of social media/ digital marketing.
Full Community Management of social media accounts.
Creating and managing accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Tiktok
Strategize and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects – from ideation stage until the prizes/ giveaways are collected by the winners
Creating contents for daily posting.
Visit every center on weekly basis to create & build a photo & video content library for that Centre to be used on company’s socials.
