Faith Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. If you love creating and analysing high-quality content and multi-channel marketing campaigns, then keep reading!

We are looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their marketing skills, creativity, analytical mindset, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our area managers on many retail projects to create, execute, and analyse content and marketing campaigns for a variety of channels including, but not limited to social media, digital advertising, websites, blogs, email, videos, and long-form content like guides, whitepapers, or case studies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for our clients’ audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities for clients, including social media, lead generation funnels, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising.
  • Manage social media channels including content creation.
  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns for the various types of content noted above.
  • Assist in researching, copywriting and analysing various types of content such as social media posts, blogs, advertising captions, landing pages, and emails.
  • Assist in reporting performance of all digital and content marketing campaigns; and assist the management in assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end to end customer experiences across multiple channels and loyalty programs.
  • Ability to assist in other marketing task, perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferring graduates with marketing / related degrees.
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the B2B sector, working at a marketing agency.
  • Must be able to identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details. A tech savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest technology and trend.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up, using, and optimising google analytics, google tag manager, google search console and social media tracking codes for advertising and websites.
  • Must have experience with digital advertising, paid advertising on social media platforms, google and other marketplaces.
