We are looking for specialist on digital marketing to manage, coordinate, implement and lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with business objectives across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, social media, website, and paid advertising.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all things digital marketing, managing projects from start to finish while maintaining strong communication with management.
- Create and maintain a strong brand presence online through consistent messaging and design across all channels.
- Write compelling copy for use in digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, website content, and social media posts.
- Stay up to date on latest digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and making recommendations for implementation.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Oversee budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Analyse data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Generate monthly reports detailing progress against goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of new processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
- Proven success developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and lead generation
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
