Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. They should possess a deep understanding of current online marketing tools, trends, strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Create, maintain, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that integrates various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implement and manage search engine optimization strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and manage published content across social channels. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for the website, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide monthly reports with statistics and results for each digital channel.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing platforms. Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to expand professional knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (like programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Budget Management: Allocate budget for various digital channels and monitor ad expenditures for maximum ROI.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency with various digital marketing platforms and best practices, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.

Desirable Skills (not mandatory but beneficial):

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing.
